Italiano (for english see below):
The pioneer of this "blog" is Sarah Tibs, as you may have read from the presentation of the blog, she mainly deals with preventive cooking and teaches how to combine the right foods to keep diseases, in particular tumors, away.
Many times these two words do not give the air of tasty food for those who have always used animal fats such as butter, milk etc. but unlike any prediction it is fantastic!
If you are on the Sartoria Ciclistica website you will surely be a sporty and attentive person and therefore the recipes you will read will be healthy and tasty always thinking about the well-being and satisfaction of our mind and palate. This does not mean that they will also not be (some) quite caloric. yeah.
So here is the Choco Brownies recipe by Sarah Tibs.
Choco brownie (tray approx. 16x20 cm)
Ingredients:
-60% dark chocolate 70 g
-Vanilla (seeds or extract)
-Orange juice 1 (or lemon juice or vinegar)
-Yogurt white or Milk (vegetable or animal) 170 g
-Fat to taste (ghee, butter, coconut oil, dried fruit butter) 30 g
-Instant yeast 1 tsp
- Pitted dates 120 g (or raisins or dried figs or 2 tablespoons of sugar <damn!>)
- Bitter cocoa 60 g
- Flour to taste, also gf or dry blend oat flakes 80 g
-A pinch of salt
Melt the chocolate with the fat available.
Mix cocoa, flour, baking powder and the tip of a salt knife.
In the mixer / blender, finely chop the dates (or the alternative) with yogurt (or milk), orange juice and vanilla. If you don't have orange, add 50 ml of yogurt and a teaspoon of vinegar or lemon.
Turn on oven at 170 degrees.
Pour the liquids into the dry part and mix quickly. The consistency depends on the ingredients used, but it is okay if it remains thick enough. Pour the dough into the pan, bake about 25 minutes.
Using only 100 grams of liquid, biscuits can be formed by distributing the dough in small doses with the help of two wet spoons.
ENJOY!
