This precious variety is grown in the southern region of Sidamo, the cradle of coffee, on the border with Kenya and Somalia, at about 1,800 meters above sea level in a perfect climatic environment for coffee.

It is an overall rich variety of coffee but balanced on the palate. Visually, the cream in the cup has a lively hazelnut colour.

When tasted, your savory dish will be pervaded by aromas ranging from cocoa to red fruits with a predominant note of raspberry.
The aroma emanating from this Ethiopian coffee is very delicate but at the same time ample.
It is a coffee full of floral and fruity sensations with citric but overall balanced notes, with a long and lasting aftertaste.
