Shipping policy
We ship all over the world with DHL, door to door service.
The only exception is Switzerland, for which we use the Swiss Post service.
Every shipment with DHL will provide you a tracking number and a service of SMS or email notifications that will allow you to track your order and change time or place of delivery, within a resonable time of the scheduled delivery.
NON-EU CUSTOM DUTIES
Non-EU consumers should be aware that ordering goods online that are located inside the EU at the time of sale, as for Sartoria Ciclistica that is located in Italy, will result in a customs declaration being made and may result in customs duties and handling fees being incurred.
It is the customer's responsibility to pay the customs fees in order to receive the order. The amount of customs charges is independent of the will of Sartoria Ciclistica, and varies according to the country of delivery that the customer has indicated in the shipping address.
If the customer does not pay the customs fees, Sartoria Ciclistica will not bear the shipping costs, the costs relating to the management of customs procedures and the return costs.
In fact, it will be the customer's responsibility to pay the shipping costs, the costs relating to the management of customs procedures that have taken place up to that moment, and the return costs.
Shipping costs, customs management fees, and return shipping costs will be withheld and deducted from the refund of the total order amount.
Only the value of the goods purchased and returned to Sartoria Ciclistics will be refunded.
The above also applies if the shipping costs are indicated as "free shipping", as the promotion is applied to a successful purchase only.
