Ghisallo Power is a blend composed mainly of Arabica coffee beans. The search for arabicas that give sweetness and aromas in the cup led us to discover a Santos brazil from the Minas Geiras region with delicate notes of chocolate, to which we have mixed precious beans from Nicaragua, rich in floral scents.
The full-bodied component is given by the Maraja coffee, a Robusta from the Karnataka region, grown at about 1600 meters above sea level.


This gourmet coffee gives good body and structure in the cup, as well as a persistent aftertaste. The overall blend is balanced with hints of toasted almonds together with delicate citrus notes.
