Tutti i nostri tubolari sono artigianali e seguono il processo produttivo che prevede 35 operazioni rigorosamente fatte a mano, partendo dalle materie prime e dai componenti (filato, lattice, gomma, colla, valvole). La manualità è una componente fondamentale e il fatto che per questo non esistano in commercio due tubolari Veloflex identici è per noi motivo di vanto.

Tubolare con morbida e scorrevole carcassa Corespun da 320 TPI (acronimo di fili per pollice, Threads Per Inch) e una innovativa mescola capace di garantire un’eccezionale tenuta di strada e una bassissima resistenza al rotolamento.

Dotato di una fascia di protezione per ridurre il rischio di forature e di camera d’aria rigorosamente in lattice, per permettere di raggiungere una maggiore elasticità in tutte le condizioni.

All our tubulars are handcrafted and follow the production process which involves 35 rigorously handmade operations, starting from the raw materials and components (yarn, latex, rubber, glue, valves). The dexterity is a fundamental component and the fact that for this reason there are no two identical Veloflex tubulars on the market is a source of pride for us.

Tubular with soft and smooth 320 TPI Corespun casing (acronym for threads per inch, Threads Per Inch) and an innovative compound capable of guaranteeing exceptional road holding and very low rolling resistance.
Equipped with a protective band to reduce the risk of punctures and a strictly latex air chamber, to allow greater elasticity to be achieved in all conditions.
